Most bathroom renovations do not require consent, so we can begin without any holdups, however, some construction and alterations require resource consent from your local council. If you are not sure, give them a call or pop in to see the planning department and get advice before you start. We can also help you with drawings and plans for council.

Construction can be messy if we need to demolish your existing bathroom, so you need to have a plan on how you will manage without the bathroom for the 2-4 weeks the project may take.

We clean up all the rubbish and remove all waste from the site so you don’t have to worry about it.
